Aftermarket Group

Niagara Blower’s Aftermarket Group works with customers to meet their needs for capacity upgrades, replacement parts, retrofits, and information regarding older operating equipment. The Aftermarket Group can also work with customers to increase the capacity of existing cooling systems. All original equipment drawings and specifications are maintained and used to manufacture or obtain any necessary replacement parts to OEM specifications. Niagara also has a full staff of design engineers and a complete manufacturing facility to further assist our customer’s aftermarket needs, including upgrades and retrofit improvements. In addition to parts, Niagara can provide field evaluations, testing, and on-site service plans.

Replacement and Spare Parts

Replacement parts are designed for Niagara equipment, priced at competitive levels, and in many cases already in stock. However, even with Niagara’s delivery capability, it is still recommended that certain essential, emergency repair parts be maintained in your local inventory, to minimize potential downtime.

Basic Recommended Spare Parts

As some parts can have lengthy lead times, it is advised that certain parts be kept in stock to prevent a complete shutdown.  Brief lists of some recommended parts are shown below.  For a customized list of recommended spare parts catered to a specific unit, please contact a Niagara Aftermarket Engineer.

Fan System: Complete Fan Assembly, Motor, Blades, Bearings, Shafts, Gear Reducer, Fan Belts, Vibration Switches

Spray System: Spray Pump with Motor, Nozzles, Pressure Gauges, Pump Shaft and Impeller, Spray Distribution Piping

Misc. Parts: Replacement Coil, Float Valve, Pump Screen, Temperature Switch, Pan Heaters, Coil Cover Gaskets, Drift Eliminators, Casing Panels, Caulk, Sealing Tape

For Niagara "No-Frost"® Systems:
